    The Prevention, Retention, Contingency Plan (PRC) program is designed to assist low income working families with necessary resources to help family members retain employment through enhancing job skills, overcoming barriers and providing short term assistance or wage supplementation if necessary.

    **ALERT-** The following chapters of the PRC Plan have been suspended until further notice: Ch.1 - Employment Related needs; Ch. 2 - Family Disaster Assistance; Ch. 5 - - Housing-Shelter Expenses; and Ch. 9 - Workforce Development.

    Transportation Resources for Independent People of Sandusky County (TRIPS) provides transportation services to Seniors, the general public, or other organizations through contracts with TRIPS. It is a partnership of county government and social service agencies collaborating to provide a rural transit service. It offers transportation Monday through Saturday by reservation. Closed holidays.
