 Medicaid Transportation
Transportation to and from medical appointments is a service that is available to certain eligible residents of Sandusky County. In order to qualify, one must be eligible under Title 19 or Title 20 regulations.
Title 19 Transportation:
Also called Enhanced Medicaid Transportation, individuals eligible for medical transportation services through this program must be in receipt of ongoing Medicaid benefits.
Title 20 Transportation
Individuals eligible for transportation services under Title 20 are either:
- eligible for Medicaid under the spend down provision; or
- not eligible for Medicaid due to income or resources, but over the age of 60.
